Western Retail Services is committed to providing exceptional customer service across Western Bookstore and Print Services. All of these services work together in synergy to offer textbooks, essential supplies, merchandise and services to students, staff, faculties and visitors—in order to support the achievement of excellence at Western.

Western Bookstore provides the campus community and alumni with official Western merchandise to showcase their purple pride. They also supply a wide range of textbooks, general books, supplies and custom merchandise. They are the provider of official Western merchandise on campus.

Located in the Book Store, the Tech Hub provides modern, affordable devices suited to the needs of our students, staff and faculty. The in-store team will help each customer find the perfect computer—including new and recertified options. They also offer a wide variety of headphones and accessories, in a central location.

Print Services offers high-quality print production and professional graphic design services. From business cards, to course packs, to publications and beyond, the Print Services team will work closely with each customer to ensure the final product matches their vision.

We place a priority on reducing our environmental footprint. Among the many initiatives, we offer more than 5,000 reusable bags to first-year students when they arrive on campus.
